Biorefining is a suite of technologies that enables the conversion of bio-resources and industry by-products into value added products such as food, bioenergy, nutraceuticals and bio-based materials. These innovations in traditional natural resource-based industries are creating high value employment and increasing the prosperity in our region.

- conversion of industry by-products into value-added materials;
- biofuels and Bioenergy;
